Bipendra Basnyat, P.E. PhD, is the CEO of AI SENSE and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UMBC, specializing in AI-driven solutions for Climate Smart AI and sustainable ecosystem management. With over two decades of experience, he has led AI/ML initiatives at Deloitte, Xerox, and UnitedHealth, and developed the innovative FloodBOT project for urban flood risk management.
